Product Description

HI-TECH offers a complete range of Dock Fenders in various shapes and section to suit numerous different marine applications. Each has its own typical significance for its particular application requirement.

  • The Fenders are designed specially, using the most suitable sections and the material grade, so as to reduce stress concentrations during compression phase.
  • Each type has simple construction with minimum hardware. Steel plates reinforcements are embedded in the rubber, and holes provided for easy installation.
  • HI-TECH Excel-AT Fender is a major breakthrough in the Fender industry, by its virtue of being both economical & having excellent functional performance.

    This Fenders are specially provided with a Steel Frame lined with UHMWPE facia pads which helps reducing friction between the clashing surfaces and also diverts the load uniformly over the entire length of the fender. This ensures high performance characteristic with longer fender life.

    When used with a Frontal Frame, this fender helps achieving lower Hull pressures with higher Energy Absorption.

A special Fendering System has been developed for Corner Protection using HI-TECH AT & HI-TECH CT Fenders.
